Refund Policy

No Refunds

At Aserenola, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality, all-natural skincare products. Due to the nature of our products, which are personal care items, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. This policy is in place to ensure the utmost in hygiene and customer safety.

Order Cancellations

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that sometimes a change of mind can occur. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not already been dispatched. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to accept a cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@aserenola.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a description and photo evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
